The Show 2007

Yesterday was our show holiday. For the very first time, we took the kids to the show. Up until now we thought they were a bit young & wouldn’t really be interested. We were blessed when a friend gave us a free pass. Gloria also gave us $20 to buy the kids a show bag.

We started by looking at the poultry animals. It was fun seeing all the different kinds of birds. We also checked out the other pavilions. The kids had 3 rides each. One was a big slide, a dodgem car ride & a mini Ferris wheel. They also got to taste fairy floss for the first time & Danika DIDN’T like it. We spent a lot of time walking around sideshow alley & seeing the rides & games. Kateleigh & Danika played a fishing game & won 2 small prizes. Ash had a go at a game & won 3 little prizes too. Solomon was WONDERFUL the whole time. Considering how much he is walking & that he doesn’t like the pram he did SO WELL. He even napped in the pram while we walked sideshow alley.
