Mother's Day

This year Mother's Day was really special. All week Kateleigh & Danika secret things they were doing at school. Each day they would ask how many more sleeps till it was Mother's Day. They were SOOO excited. They wanted to shower me with special presents. We went to the shop on Sat & Danika wanted to buy me chocolates using ALL her pocket money. I said a packet of Clinkers would be a lovely present. Kateleigh has bought me a chocolate rose the other afternoon when she went with Gloria.

Danika woke up at 3:30am!!! Yes 3:30am!!! She was excited, but we quickly told her to go back to bed. In the morning Ash got up with the kids. Kateleigh & Danika took a lot of time on Sat to wrap presents. On Sunday morning, they wrapped the one's Ash had got.

For Mother's Day I was given, flowers, a snyc cord for my camera, a bottle of midori & 3 very gorgeous bracelets made by Kateleigh & Danika. It was so nice when they came running into my room with the presents. Solomon kept saying "Happy Birthday".

After the gift unwrapping, we had a BBQ breaky. We invited our neighbour. She is a single mum with no family. It was lovely having her & her daughter part of the breakfast.

In the afternoon we went to Gloria's. We all then went out to a park just out of town. We had lovely weather. It was fun trying to catch guppies & tadpoles in the little creek. The kids had fun & we had fun too.
